1- Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to Premium Water Distribution SAS for reimbursement. The buyer must return the parcel at his own expense. Any return of parcel is under his responsibility. After verification by our return services, a refund will be made, minus return management fees amounting to:

- 10 euros for orders in mainland France, Corsica and the Principality of Monaco.
- 15 euros for international deliveries.

The return must be made in the original packaging, with care and identical protections, without excessive delay, within a maximum period of 14 days following the agreement of the return granted by Premium Water Distribution SAS. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special case: for a parcel in transit, a retraction request with parcel refusal will generate additional costs for the return of the parcel normally payable by the customer, equivalent to the price of the initial delivery, with a minimum of 10 euros.

The seller declines all responsibility for the correct routing of the return of the parcel, when the parcel is returned by the buyer. This means that any parcel lost by the carrier on return cannot be deemed to be the responsibility of the seller. It is strongly advised to insure the parcel up to the value of the order.

Your request must be made in writing by email to mail British Berkefeld® Europe stating your Last Name, First Name, order number and date, and explicitly showing Premium Water Distribution SAS your right of withdrawal, for example using the following template:

"Madam, Sir,
On (date), I placed an order with you by (telephone, post, Internet) and took delivery on (date).
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, I hereby inform you that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding this order and I will return it to you within the next fourteen days in accordance with the terms and conditions that you will specify to me.
(If you have paid a deposit or the entire order) Please reimburse me the sum of (...) euros that I paid you by (credit card, etc.).
Thanking you for this, please accept, Madam, Sir, the expression of my best regards.
(Signature)"

Premium Water Distribution SAS specifies that under Article L221.28, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Please note that products falling into this category that have been unsealed and/or used will not be eligible for any refund request.

2- Product exchange

We do not exchange products. If you have made a mistake when ordering or simply do not wish to use a product received, you may request its return within 14 days of receiving your order, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been unsealed or used.

3- Partial returns

In the event of a partial return of an order, no handling fee will be retained if the product returned does not represent the main part of the order.

4- Guarantee claim

Shipments of products following a guarantee agreement are free of charge.
All replacements are sent to an address in the same country as the original order. If the product is sent to another country, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Premium Water Distribution SAS is a British Berkefeld® - Doulton approved centre, so the purchaser will never have to make a warranty claim with the British manufacturer.

Some problems you experience may be the result of incorrect installation. Therefore, before any conclusion, it is necessary to discuss the matter with our after-sales service. You'll need to describe the problem as precisely as possible. Based on this information, the after-sales service will be able to determine the best procedure to implement.

5- Order cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it has left Premium Water Distribution SAS's premises, simply send us an email to mail British Berkefeld® Europe to inform us of your wish to be refunded. We will proceed with an immediate refund of your order.

6- Cancellation or refusal for late delivery

Premium Water Distribution SAS is not responsible for delivery times. Communications made by carriers after the package has been picked up at our logistics centre are the responsibility of said carriers. Any delay or rescheduling of delivery communicated by the carrier cannot be attributed to Premium Water Distribution SAS.

No delivery time is guaranteed, except for Chrono 13 express delivery (national delivery).

Unless there is a delay beyond a reasonable period, any order cancellation request or refusal of delivery due to late delivery, which would result in a return of the parcel to our warehouse, will be refunded less all actual preparation and transport costs related to said order.
