I have not received my order confirmation
An order confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as your order is validated. If you do not receive it, here are a few checks you can do:
- Check your spam folder, it is possible that your email provider has sent our message to your junk mail.
- Make sure that the email address entered in your customer account is correct by logging into your personal space. If you have any problems accessing your account, contact our customer service via the contact form on our website.
