You may retract your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, certain conditions apply. We recommend that you carefully review our returns policy for details.

British Berkefeld® systems are considered to be sanitary and hygiene equipment. They can only be returned if they have never been assembled or used.

To make a return request, you must contact our customer service department by email and obtain prior authorisation. No returns will be accepted without this agreement.

Make sure that your parcel is carefully packed, following the customer service instructions, in order to protect the product during transport. Damaged items may not be accepted for return.

Finally, a damaged item may not be accepted for return. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used. A check will be carried out by our team. If your product has a seal, this must be intact.

When confirming your order, you can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal (payment in 4 instalments is possible if your account meets PayPal requirements).

If you encounter a problem with payment in 4 instalments, or if you are debited in one instalment instead of 4, you should contact Paypal customer service.

Depending on the payment methods in force in your country, other choices may be offered such as iDEAL, Bancontact, etc

For payments by bank transfer, don't forget to validate your order in order to receive our IBAN by email with your order confirmation.

An order confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as your order is validated. If you do not receive it, here are a few checks you can do:

• Check your spam folder, it is possible that your email provider has sent our message to your junk mail.
• Make sure that the email address entered in your customer account is correct by logging into your personal space. If you have any problems accessing your account, contact our customer service via the contact form on our website.
